1. Design Consultation

In order to start any project, all customers start with a design consultation. The consultation is a total of 4 hours and the cost is $695. It will consist of 1-2 hours spent at your commercial space discussing your vision and needs. The additional 2-3 hours will be spent preparing and designing mood boards, layouts, floor plans, sourced items, or any additional information we have agreed upon. We will send all of these materials for your review and you can comment and give feedback. Once the design layout and plans are agreed upon, you sign off on the design spec.

2. Proposal (for Series A customers)

You will receive a proposal for your project that outlines the scope, budget, estimated project time frame as well as pricing. Once you sign and make the initial payment, the project begins.

3. Purchasing & Project Management (for Series A customers)

The purchasing process is critical to keeping a project delivery on time. In the proposal, a budget for furniture is defined.
